"The sound clarity isnt clear,coming in or going out! The headphones randomly and intermittently disconnect from phone. Structurely,flemsy and "toy like" weight. Thouroughly displeased with functionality of device! Best thing about them is the color for my wife. Wont be purchasing anything else from brand on purpose."

"This product does work, noise cancellation is great . . my headset mutes itself sometimes on its own. If you have long hair like mine expect it to get caught in the side piece. I had to take out my braid to just untangle it out of my hair . . the ear piece to this headset does make my ear sore, I am constantly switching ear sides. I do like the style and color . I have had tried different brands before and non have lasted long. As a truck driver this is a source of the life line for us . I have high hope in this headset lasting longer than all the other brands. So far it’s good"
