Notice for Canadian Customers

We welcome orders from Canada! Please review the following information before placing your order:

Shipping & Transit Time: Shipping to Canada typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Customs clearance may cause additional delays.

Shipping Charges: Free shipping promotions apply only to U.S. orders. Canadian shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in your order total. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are assessed by Canadian customs. 

Returns from Canada:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Duties and taxes paid at import are non-refundable.

If you opt to cancel, a response to support@bluetigerusa.com, must be sent within 2 business days. Once your order ships, it is accepted as final, and return-to-sender fees will be deducted from your refund.
