"My last elite ultra lasted a little over 8 years. everything still worked but the battery finally gave out and would only hold a charge for about an hour and a half. After giving the 2. 0 a couple of weeks it is better. though I wish there was an around the ear option for the pad. On the ear isn't a deal breaker, its still a very comfortable headset and having USB-C is a nice change I have nothing to complain about other than all the customization being on the cheaper head sets. I like the fact that you can replace the ear pads on this new headset easily and hope to see a bit more in customization. I would recommend this headset over blue parrot and the rand McNally head sets hands down the talk time the clarity and the charging are all better than every headset I've ever owned"

"I’ve had three of your head set and the all have lasted just over a year. So the last one I put the 2 year warranty on it and still had to pay additional $50. 00 some dollars. Probably won’t buy another set though you guys."
