Great headset and fantastic customer service

"So far so good. Not too heavy. Sound quality is good. Battery life is great. Noise cancellation is fantastic. Easy to connect and use. Mic mute button didn’t work out of the box, contacted customer service and they sent a replacement out no questions asked and it arrived within a few days. New one works as it should. They even sent a return shipping label to mail back the original one that was defective. Some of the best customer service I have received in years. Hard these days to find a company that stands behind their product. They made the replacement very easy and fast. I would recommend for any truck driver. I have used the other “blue” brand and this one is just as good if not better. You won’t be disappointed with this headset."
