What is Open Box?
Blue Tiger partners with Hundreds of Nationwide retail stores (see location finder on homepage) with varying return policies. An open-box product could simply be something a shopper changed their mind about. For instance: they decided on another color, special edition, or opted for an upgraded Blue Tiger headset with additional features.
The Like-New/Open Box units we have available for resale are often completely new, or only spent a very short time in the buyer's hands.
How the inspection works:
Our Blue Tiger USA team first discard any units that show wear or cosmetic damage. Open box packaging is also discarded, and after a thorough engineer inspection, your headset is specially packed in a Blue Tiger branded reusable drawstring cotton bag, and an inner poly bubble bag for extra padded protection and include:

Our Blue Tiger USA Engineers perform a thorough check of each headset's functionality. They must pass a full inspection to be eligible for resale.
